**As always, our field trips are run and presented by third party vendors and out of Summit's control. If the host/vendor cancels the event for any reason, Summit will issue a refund to the card used during the registration process.

If you need to miss or cancel, please do so within the Planning Center portal or let a Summit team member know. Unfortunately, in those cases, we cannot issues refunds as a general rule- the vendor will have been notified and paid as soon as you registered.
